DP2 - Certificate Course in ISO 9000: Transition to Year 2000 Version

OBJECTIVE	Through a series of workshops, the course aims to enable the participants to acquire comprehensive training on the basics of setting up and implementing an ISO 9000:2000 quality management system, and be prepared for attending the ISO 9000 Lead Assessor Course.

DESIGNED FOR	Individuals who are interested in having comprehensive training on ISO 9000 quality management system. Individuals who are involved in setting up and maintaining an ISO 9000 quality management system.

INSTRUCTOR	Mr. Billy Chiu, presently working as a consultant for NHK Consultants, a MBA from the University of Bradford Management Centre – European Centre for Total Quality Management (TQM); has assisted companies of different sizes in passing ISO9000 Quality System audits, experienced in ISO 9000 implementation and training.
LANGUAGE	Cantonese, handouts in Chinese (supplemented with English terminology)
DURATION	37 hours 11 sessions
SCHEDULE	02.09.2000-07.10.2000 Saturday 14:00-18:30, 19:30-21:30 (except 07.10, 14:00-18:30)
FEES	MOP$1,850.00 Members of CPTTM Quality Club are entitled to a reimbursement of 30% of the course fees if they are not being sponsored by their employers and they have completed this course successfully (had enough attendance and passed the exam)
