This training course is certificated by the IRCA Registration Governing Board and satisfies part of the formal training requirement for individuals seeking registration under the IRCA Auditor Registration Scheme.


OBJECTIVE

This course is aimed at professionals with experience in quality management systems. It will ensure that they not only have the necessary skills and qualification for the post of an assessor, but can also enhance their experience and confidence for that role.
     

CONTENT

This course incorporates presentations, workshops, role play and evening study, and takes a managerial perspective of the post of assessor. It culminates in practical and written examinations.

  • Quality personnel involved with audit and assessment as an essential part of their work or wish to achieve an international recognized assessor qualification.
  • Personnel involved in helping companies to obtain ISO 9000 certification and wish to gain an in-depth knowledge of ISO 9000 and assessment techniques
       

PRE-REQUISITES

  • Participants should have completed training in ISO 9000 requirements and application, the writing of quality system documentation and internal quality auditing.
  • Other interested parties are subject to selection by CPTTM.
