 To enable participants to effectively prepare the internal quality audits needed to fulfill the requirement of ISO 9000. In addition, the workshop should also help the participants in understanding how to use such activities as an effective tool for continuous improvement.

INSTRUCTOR

Mr. Herrick Lau, ISO9000 Registered Lead Auditor, Member of “American Society for Quality(ASQ)” and American “Society for Automotive Engineers(SAE)”, Principal Consultant and Director of a Consultancy Firm based in Hong Kong. Deep auditing and consulting experience, have conducted more than 150 third party audits, have assisted company of different sizes in passing the ISO9000 and QS9000 Quality System Audit.
