www.ec-learning.com.hk is an online learning portal developed by the Hong Kong Clothing Industry Training Authority (CITA) and local promotion and technical support service provided by the Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center (CPTTM).  With the objective to acquire knowledge pertaining to their work at their free time and at places close to their working area, ec-learning.com provides an electronic communication infrastructure for delivering remote synchronized interactive discussion panels through asychronized web-based training courses.
