成衣技術匯點位於澳門工業區佔地一萬多平方呎，主要服務對象是佔澳門出口額八成的製衣業。“匯點”是一個集培訓、資訊及技術設備的場所，內設多項服務及設備供外界使用，包括：
HAT is located in the industrial zone in Macao, covering an area of over ten thousand square feet. Its service target is the local garment industry for it occupies approximately 80% of exports from Macao. HAT provides a focal point for garment training, information and technology. It provides a variety of services and equipment for public use.

為製衣業、時裝設計師及學員提供製衣及設備培訓工場。
A workshop for garment production and equipment training is open for use by the employees of the industry, fashion designers and students.

Supporting Service for Garment CAD/CAM Systems’ Application:
協助本澳經已設置 “電腦輔助生產系統 (CAD/CAM)” 的廠商能更有效地使用設備，以及讓其他同業了解CAD/CAM的運作。“匯點”現時提供的系統有力克（Lectra）、格柏(Gerber)及度卡(Docad) 。
The service is to assist the local manufacturers who have installed CAD/CAM systems to operate it more efficiently, as well as for others to understand more about how the systems operate. The CAD/CAM systems available at HAT include Lectra, Gerber and Docad.
