Objective : Hotel Island Shangri-La was the winner of the 1997 Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) Quality Award.   The Judging Committee highly commended the  total commitment shown by all her staff to providing quality service.  Through this experience-sharing seminar, participants should be able to deepen their understanding about how to realize a commitment to quality service.
