Other comments:
The division into four teams was meaningless, though the
participants could inform the group leader in case anything happened.
If there were an on-site visit after the briefing at MTRC, the
participants would have a better idea of the implementation of QM.
Everything was fine except that there were no handouts
distributed at MTRC.
Using Chinese as the language for video-viewing should be
considered next time.
Excellent arrangement; the theme of implementing QM was
delivered in all programs.
Could not really visit the site of the HKMA award winner.
There was no real visit to MTRC.
Should avoid an over-tight schedule.
The camp site did not provide satisfactory facilities (e.g.
classrooms).
There should be more visits to enrich the participants'
experience.
C. Suggestion by the participants for future activities of
the Quality Club:
Something similar and some experience-sharing seminars.
Seminars, workshop and visits to organizations that have ISO
certification or implemented TQM.
QM and TQM courses.
Keep updating members about the latest information on QM.
Outdoor activities to enhance members' communication.
Regular dinner for members to meet and share experience with
invited speakers.
Study tour.
Offer a Q&A forum on the Quality Club homepage.
Q&A competition on quality management.
More QM seminars to raise people's awareness.

Other comments:
- Should not be just sitting in the classroom.
- It was good but it could even be better.
- Make fuller use of the facilities to arrange more activities.
- More vegetables and fruits should be offered.
- Should inform participants about the meal menus in advance.
- Organize a similar event in Zhuhai.
