Limited achieved ISO 9001 certification. As a small-to-medium-sized business, St. Honore
has made a remarkable commitment to quality. In order to learn about how St. Honore manages to integrate a traditional process of moon-cake production with the Western quality management system, we have invited Mr. Eddie Wu - the Senior Manager of Production Department, to share with us the inside story. Mr. Wu was the Deputy Chairman of the technical group for internal quality management. |
