Study Mission to Shenzhen 1999 -
Evaluation Details
In order to seek continuous improvement in
organizing future club activities, 30 evaluation questionnaires were distributed and
collected. The results are as follow:
A. To what extent this camp has met the participants’
expectation:

- The arrangement and accommodation were good
- Could share ideas with other members’ about quality
management
- Have learnt the solid experiences through visiting those
firms.
- That would be better if the Club could split the two visits in
two days.
- The organizations were different from the organizations we
visited in the past, since they were foreign – based (HK & Japan). That is why we
got more understanding about how they managed quality system
- The objective of this study mission was met, and we could see
the pre-arrangement was done very well.
- Was not satisfied about the problem solving while ISO 9000
implementation presentation
- There was not very much information about ISO 9000 during the
presentation.
- Time management could be done better

- It was such an excellent experience, but could learn more from
Kwonnie Electrical.
- Great to have a chance to see different type of organization
that have ISO9000 system
- The hospitality and arrangement was very impressive, and the
Club also takes care about the vegetarian.
- Met all the objectives of the trip, and it was excellent to
meet each other as well.

Other comments:
- That would be better if visiting book-city could be included
in the itinerary
- The driver should know how to reach the visiting spot
- It was good but there was too noisy and smelly in the hotel
- Should have self-introduction before starting the trip
- It would be better to have a review meeting right after the
visit.
- Organize a similar activity in Zhuhai
- Does not have enough time to visit
- Appreciation for the arrangement of Kwonnie
- Organize more similar activities
