In order to seek continuous improvement in organizing future club activities, 30 evaluation questionnaires were distributed and collected. The results are as follow:

  • The arrangement and accommodation were good
  • Could share ideas with other members’ about quality management
  • Have learnt the solid experiences through visiting those firms.
  • That would be better if the Club could split the two visits in two days.
  • The organizations were different from the organizations we visited in the past, since they were foreign – based (HK & Japan). That is why we got more understanding about how they managed quality system
  • The objective of this study mission was met, and we could see the pre-arrangement was done very well.
  • Was not satisfied about the problem solving while ISO 9000 implementation presentation
  • There was not very much information about ISO 9000 during the presentation.
  • Time management could be done better

  • Met all the objectives of the trip, and it was excellent to meet each other as well.
