- To enhance members and other interested parties' understanding
of TQM implementation.
- The speaker of the seminar is Mr Fan Cheuk Hung.
Mr Fan is the Director and General Manager of Hsin Chong Real Estate Management Ltd. -
is responsible for channelling the concept of TQM into Hsin Chong's management
culture.
Coupled with the relentless efforts of all her staff, Hsin Chong has achieved vast
improvement in her performance, and is the winner of numerous quality awards and
certifications: the "Best Property Management Company Award" for six consecutive
years (1994-1999), the "HKPC Productivity Award for Services" for two
