Objective :
  • To enhance members and other interested parties' understanding of TQM implementation.
  • The speaker of the seminar is Mr Fan Cheuk Hung.
    Mr Fan is the Director and General Manager of Hsin Chong Real Estate Management Ltd. -   is responsible for channelling the concept of TQM into Hsin Chong's management culture.

    Coupled with the relentless efforts of all her staff, Hsin Chong has achieved vast improvement in her performance, and is the winner of numerous quality awards and certifications: the "Best Property Management Company Award" for six consecutive years (1994-1999), the "HKPC Productivity Award for Services" for two Consecutive years (1998-1999), the "1999 Hong Kong Quality Circle Award", the "1999 Hong Kong Quality Award – Certificate of Merit", ISO 9000 Quality Management System Certificate, as well as ISO14000 Environmental Management System Certificate.
  • To introduce the newly appointed Quality Club Executive Committee (Jun  2000 - May 2002) and the annual activity plan
