Hong Kong Software Quality Assurance Model
- Launched in June 1999 by the Hong Kong Productivity Council, this model aims to provide a standard for software organisations in Hong Kong   (regardless of size) to ensure that the quality of their software developed.   This model has 3 stages; if an organization conforms to the requirements of   the 2nd stage, it is very close to reaching the ISO 9000 standard.  The complete set of reference documents (introductory guide, procedure handbook, guidebook and implementation & improvement guide) are available for download.
  
Quality Management Framework for Software Development
- Developed by the Information Technology Services Department of HKSAR to ensure the quality of the software products developed.   This framework is modelled after ISO 9001 Standard.  A complete set of standards and guideline documents (Quality Policy and Requirements, Software Life Cycle, Structured Systems Analysis and Design, Rapid Application Development, Resource Estimation, Project Management, Technical / Other Standards & Guidelines,  Other Standards & Guidelines) are available for viewing and download.
