OBJECTIVE	To enable participants to acquire comprehensive training on the basics of setting up and implementing an ISO 9000 quality management system, and be prepared for attending the ISO 9000 Lead Assessor Course.

INSTRUCTOR	Mr. Herrick Lau, ISO9000 Registered Lead Auditor, Member of “American Society for Quality(ASQ)” and American “Society for Automotive Engineers(SAE)”, Principal Consultant and Director of a Consultancy Firm based in Hong Kong. Deep auditing and consulting experience, have conducted more than 150 third party audits, have assisted company of different sizes in passing the ISO9000 and QS9000 Quality System Audit.
