“CPTTM Fashion Incubation Program – MaConsef”, established in 2009 by the Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center, represents the concept of original Macao designs. Each year, award‑winning students from the CPTTM Fashion Design and Production Diploma Program are invited to participate in this program, which serves as a platform for aspiring individuals interested in pursuing a career in the fashion industry. The initiative supports their brands in gaining a foothold in the market and achieving sustainable development.
This year, CPTTM has upgraded and optimized the MaConsef Fashion Incubation Program. Under the new program, participants—guided by advisors and mentors—are required to establish their personal brands and engage in various stages such as market positioning, brand registration, clothing design, production management, lookbook photography, and showcase presentations. Participants retain ownership of their designs so as to foster their creative enthusiasm, and they may remain in the program for up to two years to receive support for stable growth.
The MaConsef 2025 design team members include Esther Lei, Mike Iek, Josefina Lei, Coyi Sou, Lisa Hao, and Wing Leong. The program will continue to recruit new members in the future, aiming to nurture more young designers.

Collection Theme
This collection’s theme, “The Scent of Earth”, treats earth as a symbol of life’s origin, channeling its primal energy into feminine elegance and resilience. It evokes a living metaphor of “rooting downward, growing upward.” The series highlights Xiangyunsha—an Intangible Cultural Heritage fabric—using the material to narrate the story of earth. It blends Western minimalist tailoring with Chinese cultural symbols, emphasizing a precise fusion of materials, details, and silhouettes. With a supple drape that moves with the body, each piece traces a woman’s composure, ease, and dynamic beauty through shifting postures. Collection Theme
This collection’s theme is “Rust & Raw.” “Rebellion is not the endpoint, but the beginning of remaking.” Continuing LA FINE’s punk spirit, Rust & Raw explores how DIY and music culture shape silhouette and structure. Through asymmetric cuts, exposed seams, distressed textures, and mixed materials, the collection conveys the warmth of handcrafted traces while questioning and responding to standardized aesthetics.

Collection Theme
This collection’s theme is “Parasite”. In the forest of society, some like vines cling to towering trees, relying on their shelter and nutrients to reach the sunlight with ease; meanwhile, the trees that truly root in the soil and grow through wind and rain find their radiance obscured. Drawing on this metaphor, the collection employs exaggerated silhouettes, layered constructions, and splicing techniques to shape a stark structure of oppression and dependence, presenting the tension between “parasitism” and “self-reliance.” Through material relationships and calibrated shifts in proportion, it poses questions about social judgment and individual choice.

Collection Theme
This collection’s theme is “Trickling.” Inspired by rainfall, it captures the sensory mood of strolling in the rain. From gentle drizzle to sudden downpour, the theme manifests in garments that evoke a living scene: designs trace watermarks on the ground and the tactility of dampened fabrics, while airy, fluid materials—cut, layered, and colored in variations—express rain’s shifting forms and quiet poetry. The collection invites wearers to move with poise and intention, carrying a calm, self-assured attitude through every weather.

Collection Theme
This collection’s theme is “Back Pain.” It draws inspiration from a medical check-up, transforming an initially anxiety-inducing result into a humorous interpretation of X-ray imagery. The collection uses vivid colors to break the clinical coldness of medical settings, combining digital printing, weaving, and hand-stitching to amplify the playfulness of texture and structure. Through contrasting and mixing diverse materials, it creates a light yet dynamic atmosphere, offering a new perspective—approaching life’s small pain points with ease and wit.

Collection Theme
This collection’s theme is “Off Mode.” In response to the high-pressure pace of the urban “online mode,” this series is tailored for moments “offline.” Centered on a cross-disciplinary fusion of Office × Outdoor, it deconstructs conventional workplace elements—sharp tailoring, composed color palettes, and classic silhouettes—and reengineers them with outdoor functionality. Transforming the office’s “sense of constraint” into the natural environment’s “sense of ease,” it allows wearers, in the transition from city to wilderness, to release tension while maintaining individuality and attitude through a distinctive styling language.
