- Mr. Herrick Lau, ISO9000 Registered Lead Auditor,
Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the American Society for Automotive
Engineers (SAE), as well as the Principal Consultant and Director of a consultancy firm
based in Hong Kong; Very experienced in auditing and consulting, having conducted more
than 150 third-party audits and assisted companies of different sizes in passing ISO9000
and QS9000 Quality System Audits.
- Mr. Billy Chiu, MBA from the University of
Bradford Management Centre European Centre for TQM; presently working as a
Consultant in a consultancy firm based in Hong Kong; experienced in ISO 9000
implementation and training.
