Replacement of Certificate

1. Email the documents listed as below to vqa@cpttm.org.mo
   • Diplomas Application Form
   • Copy of identity document
   • Copy of certificates(single subject)
2. After reviewing the application documents by CPTTM, applicant will receive an email confirmation or payment notice(if applicable).

Remarks:

• Qualification Combinations
• Please pay attention to the validity period of the combined certificate application.
• The first diploma claimed is free of charge.
