The animation industry is one of Macao’s growing cultural creative
industries. It is currently in its budding stage and still playing catch-up
game to our neighbouring areas in terms of character design and
animation technology. Because of this, in order to strengthen the character
design skills of animation lovers, CPTTM has added a new series of
anime cosplay courses this year. The series included costume design
and production, make-up skills, hair-style design, and props making.
The first course of the series was “Cosplay for Fashion Making (Lolita)”. In
a light and easy way, the course taught students cutting and sewing
techniques as well as how to use different fabrics and accessories to
put together cosplay costumes.
Getting married is one of the most important affairs of life. Having a
strikingly good looking bridal makeup helps to create the most beautiful
moments in life. In order to support the development of Macao’s wedding
planning industry as well as to nurture and raise more talents for the
industry, CPTTM has always been organizing courses on bridal image
design. Student responses for these courses have always been very
positive. Because of this, CPTTM has decided to organize a “Bridal Hair
Style Design” course again this year. The course teaches students how
to flexibly use various kinds to braids, curls and evening hair-design
techniques to meet the needs of different events or customers. Their
skills can help their customers to have a bridal hair style that uniquely
reflects her personality. At the same time, latest bridal hair style trends
will be discussed during the course, allowing students to stay close to
market direction.
